Refund Policy

The refund amount will be credited in accordance with the portion of work completed as related to the purchased package. For instance, if unlimited product and tender uploads are ordered and only 100 products and tenders are uploaded, the amount entitled to a refund will be the remaining 50% of the payment after deducting GST.

The refund requests should be accompanied by valid reasons or documented evidence of technical failure on our side. Refund requests without such evidence will not be considered.

Consultation Cancellation Policy

Refunds are made on a pro-rata basis considering the amount of work completed so far on the purchased package. For example, for a package that gives unlimited product and tender uploads, after buying if only 100 products and tenders have been uploaded, the client is eligible to get a refund for 50% of the amount paid, after deducting GST.

The request for refund should include valid reasons or documented evidence of a technical failure on our part. If not, the request for a refund will not be considered.

Request Process

All requests for refund and cancellation should be made in writing to our support team, stating the reason for doing so. Each case will be treated based on its merits, and refunds will be processed where applicable.
